Question 1
Posted: 4/26/2021
Question: Will you only be choosing one firm for this RFQ? If not how many do you plan to select?
Response: The solicitation indicates that the Town intends to award multiple, non-exclusive contracts to qualified firms for a period of one year with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods with options. There is no pre-determined number of firms who will be awarded contracts, but it is not the intent to put a survey firm under contract if the Town does not intend to ask them to quote task orders under an MSA.
