Description: Franklin County is seeking a qualified contractor to provide hot mix overlay for Good Hope Road, Big Branch Road & Germantown Road. The work shall consist of a bituminous overlay on an existing asphalt surface. NOTE: Good Hope Road is a rock surface. Prime will need to be applied & a 2” compacted thickness surface. The completion date of the project is no later than November 15, 2023.
The bid is to include all labor, materials, equipment, services, etc. required for the performance and completion of the project. Items listed with respective quantities on the price sheet are tack coat, bituminous pavement, milling, pavement marking, traffic control, and mobilization.
