Sealed proposals for the purchase
of 1706 Oak Street will be accepted until 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 19,
2020 in the Purchasing Department; 730 Maine Street, Quincy, IL 62301. Proposal must include a purchase price. Sale of the property is conditioned upon the prompt
demolition and removal of all structures and trees. A redevelopment plan, timeline
for demolition, and timeline for redevelopment must be included. Highest purchase price may not be the sole
determinant in City’s acceptance of a proposal.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive
any technicalities. All proposals will be subject to City Council approval.
