Description: Eastern New Mexico Univesity, invites qualified bidders to submit proposals in accordance with the outline and specifications contained in the RFP 272.  The intent and purpose of this procurement is to establish a contract with qualified Contractor (s) who can rovide personnel for daily "support Services" to the Univesity's Facilities with expertise in the HVACR maintenance and repair trades area, i.e. Chilled water, condenser water, control systems, electric and electronic temperature controls and refrigerants.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: The Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on August 20, 2018 at the ENMU Purchasing Department. 1500 Sesame St. Dr. at 1:00 PM. For all electrical contractors who are interested in submitting a proposal for this RFP, it is highly recommended that they attend this meeting.
