Description:
INTENT
It
is the intent of this solicitation to secure a contractor to perform repairs to
the existing piers and boardwalks located at Brooks Landing Waterfront Park,
Sound Park, Presidio Yacht Club Condominiums, and Liza Jackson Park in the City
of Fort Walton Beach, Florida. All work
must be completed in accordance with the approved construction drawings, the
Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Emergency Final Order for
repairs due to Hurricane Sally, and the United States Army Corps of Engineers
(USACOE) approved permit. The extent of work is shown on the attached drawings.
