Sealed bids for the Heritage Park – Restroom Renovation project will be received by The City of Athens, 815 North Jackson Street, Athens, TN 37303, until 2:00PM EST, Monday December 2, 2019; the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time and place. Sealed bids shall be marked “Heritage Park – Restroom Renovation.”

Bid Packets may be obtained on or after Friday, November 8th, 2019 online at: http://www.cityofathenstn.com/purchasing

The City of Athens reserves the right to reject any and all responses or waive any informalities and to accept any proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City.

A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Athens City Hall, 815 North Jackson Street, Athens, Tennessee on Tuesday November 15th, 2019 at 2PM EST.

Last day for bidder questions is Tuesday November 25, 2019. Last Addendum, if needed, will be issued on Wednesday, November 27, 2019.
