Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to seek the service of qualified general contractors
certified in the construction trades to renovate the toilet room/s at the Saginaw Career Complex
Unit C. The proposal is to include the demolition of existing masonry walls, sawcutting concrete
floors, layout and installation of new walls, plumbing and electrical. Complete the project with
sealers. painting, new lighting and lockers.
A mandatory pre-bid project review meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, March 30, 2023
at 10:30 AM. Interested contractors are to meet in the main entrance, Building A. It is
encouraged that the walk thru also be attended by proposed sub-contractors to see the existing
conditions.
