• Minimum 150#/SY type C asphalt
• Minimum 4" full depth patch. All areas to be full depth patched will be marked by the contractor and DCPW prior to paving
• Full Width Milling
• Pot Hole Patch
• Single Treat using lightweight aggregate by Stalite or equal
