Question: 1) On Page 1 of your main RFP, you state: This Request for Opportunity Description is one of two documents making up this solicitation. The second document is Cherokee County Standard Solicitation Terms and Conditions, which contains all the standard forms potentially required to accompany a submission. Both of these documents together constitute the entire solicitation at the time of issuance. In the documents provided on the Vendor Registry site, there is a Standard Construction Agreement (CSA) provided, but I am thinking that this project would entail a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) and not a CSA. If that is the case, do we need to review your sample PSA document before RFP submittal? 2) Not all of the Appendix Documents included in the Standard Terms for Bid and Proposal Solicitations are applicable, correct? Only the documents marked with an “X” in the Submittal Instructions portion of the Solicitation Requirement & Instructions document, correct?
Response: The agreement has been updated to the correct sample agreement. And, yes, only items marked with an "x" are required for this solicitation.
