Description: This project provides improvements to pedestrian facilities within downtown Shelbyville, Bedford County, TN in two separate phases (Phase 3 & Phase 4).  The work includes sidewalk and related construction such as crosswalks, curb ramps, removal of brick pavers, and other items shown on the plans and described in the contract documents.  The length of Phase 3 project is .852 miles, and the length of Phase 4 project is 1 mile.
