The purpose of this solicitation is to describe the requirements for:
Provide and perform all tools, materials, labor, supervision, and equipment for the construction of the improvements to the existing Animal Shelter consisting of the addition of an outdoor screened patio area with roof, installation of a doorway through an exterior building wall, and miscellaneous items as shown on the construction plans in Effingham County, Georgia.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: There is a MANDATORY pre-bid and site visit meeting scheduled for 2:00pm (Eastern Time) Wednesday, September 22, 2021. All parties interested in submitting a bid must have a representative present at the meeting. The address is 307 Hwy 119, Springfield, GA. 31329 (Effingham County Animal Shelter). Due to COVID-19, masks are required to be worn by all in attendance and all precautions will be taken in regards to social distancing. Proposals will not be accepted from any firm that is not represented at the pre-bid meeting for RFQ No. 22-22-001 – Portico Addition to Existing Animal Shelter.
