Notice is hereby given that the Owner, City of Manchester, will accept bids for Cardio Fitness equipment and Strength equipment for leasing for the Manchester Recreation Complex

All bids must be in accordance with the specifications which may be examined at the City of Manchester or the Manchester Recreation Department.

All bids must be returned, sealed, to the City of Manchester at 200 West Fort Street, Manchester, TN, no later than 10:00am, Monday, May 24. It is the policy of the City of Manchester to ensure compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; 49 CFR, Part 21.
