Description:

The City of Willard is accepting sealed bids for a Solar Photovoltaic System for the Willard Recreation Center. Contact Brad Gray, City Administrator or Randy Brown, Director of Development at 417-742-3033 for further information. Proposals will be opened February 27, 2020 in the council chambers at 10:00 a.m.  The proposal will be reviewed to determine the appropriate bidder. A recommendation award will be presented to the Board of Aldermen in March 2020.  The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
