Description: The City of Lebanon, Tennessee, an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action Employer, seeks to retain the services of a professional engineering consulting firm to provide Preliminary Engineering & Design (PE-NEPA and PE-DESIGN) related to the Extension of Hartmann Drive from US 231 North (Hunters Point Pike) to State Route 141 (Hartsville Pike) in Lebanon, Tennessee. The work to be completed may include the topographic and hydraulic survey, geotechnical investigation, hydraulic analysis, environmental investigations, permits, preparation of preliminary and right-of-way design plans, preparation of ROW acquisition exhibits, utility coordination, design of construction plans and bid documents, and the signal modifications for the US 231 North and Hartmann Drive intersection. Design and construction may be phased. Phase 1 of the project is approximately 2,200 L.F. in length of new roadway with curb and gutter, grass strip and sidewalk from the intersection of US 231 North and Hartmann Drive to the newly constructed section of Hartmann Drive in Villages of Hunters Point. Phase 2 of the project would continue with a new roadway construction with curb and gutter, grass strip and sidewalk from the Hartmann Drive section in Villages of Hunters Point approximately 530 L.F to Rutledge Lane then require road widening of approximately 1,450 L.F of Rutledge Lane to State Route 141.
