Question: The proposed project by DevTek will be executed using our highly skilled offshore resources, enabling cost-effective and efficient delivery without compromising quality. Our offshore team consists of experienced professionals who specialize in software and web development, ensuring seamless project execution from design to implementation. Since the project delivery will not involve any on-site or in-person activities within City of Conroe or any physical presence in local jurisdictions, the requirement for general liability, Automobile Liability, Workers' compensation, or other on-site insurance coverage during the project period does not apply. Hence we request that the requirement to carry stipulated insurance for subject project be waived.
Response: Standard policy requires all insurance to be submitted as required.
