 There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference held at 1:30 p.m., Thursday, May 23, 2019 at the North Charleston Public Works, Building A, Training Room, located at 5800 Casper Padgett Way, North Charleston, SC 29406.  All interested bidders will meet inside of the main lobby of Building A, where they will be directed to the Training Conference Room.
