Description:
Lee College is seeking Professional Architectural and Engineering Services for the renovation of educational buildings and infrastructure projects, as well as new construction. Lee College expects to award a number of AE Firms a multi-year (3-5 year) agreements to provide continuity for completing the deferred maintenance and educational master plan goals.
This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is intended to provide an opportunity for interested design firms and professionals to describe their qualifications to accomplish the various Architectural Engineering projects for Lee College.

Overview: Based on ranking by the selection committee, 5-Year Indefinite Quantity Contracts were awarded during a Special Board of Regents meeting on September 1, 2021 to Kirksey Architects, IBI Architects and PBK Architects. Four Architectural Engineering firms ranked 4-7 Terracon Engineering, Pfluger Architects, Collaborate Architects, and Campos Engineering will be issued a contract once a Bond Program gets approved or the workload requires.
