Question: What existing site survey and documentation is available and will be made available to the design team?

Response: There is no site survey to date. Environmental documents for asbestos and lead paint testing are available. However, demolition will be completed under separate contract and therefore not provided. The conceptual plan attached to the RFQ is the only applicable information available.

Response: Yes, $1.8 million for Construction budgeted

Question: Can the County clarify their expectations for the scope item “analysis of suitability of the site and projected cost?

Response: RFQ Page 4, second bullet point “analysis of suitability of the site and projected cost” can be ignored and removed by forthcoming addendum. Previous work on the site included this item and is no longer applicable to the design scope.
