This project consists of repairs to the City’s Public Safety Building (Fire Station), located at 252 N. Star Avenue, to include roofing, gutter, and Hardie plank repairs. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment and labor to complete the project as shown in the bid package and provide a minimum 1-year workmanship and material warranty. Bidders are encouraged to visit the entire site before submitting a bid.
