Description: The Broward County Housing Authority (BCHA) as a Housing Authority existing under Florida statutes, and on behalf of related instrumentalities and single asset affiliated entities are actively soliciting sealed bids from qualified, licensed and insured contractors to provide Flooring Installation Services on an “as needed” basis at residential apartment complexes located throughout Broward County, Florida. This is an indefinite quantity contract with no guarantee is expressed or implied as to the total quantity of units to be available annually for floor renovation under this solicitation. Services will be requested on an as-needed basis.
