Question: The RFP states, "There are a total of 14 schools, nine elementary sites, two K-8 sites, and three middle schools. In addition we have an Independent Study Program, Home Hospital Program, and an Opportunity classroom." To ensure our vendor pricing accurately reflects all AESD sites, please provide the complete/total list of schools within the District, including those that contain the Independent Study Program, Home Hospital Program, and Opportunity classroom.
Response: The district has a total of 15 campuses: Eagle Ranch (TK-5) Morgan Kincaid (TK-5) Victoria Magathan (TK-5) Bradach (TK-5) Theodore Vick (TK-5) West Creek (TK-5) Adelanto Elementary (TK-5) Gus Franklin (TK-5) Westside Park (TK-5) El Mirage (TK-8) George (TK-8) Mesa Linda (6-8) Melva Davis (6-8) Columbia (6-8) Adelanto Virtual Academy (AVA) (TK-8) which houses our HOPE/opportunity program, independent study Home/Hospital students may be assigned to a few schools but would be within one of the ones above as they retain their home school position. This brings us to a total of 15 schools.

Question: The RFP states “Assessment platform is directly tied to an individualized learning path that allows for individualized practice”. a. Does the District want vendors to provide one quote for the assessment platform and a separate quote for instruction? Or should these components be itemized on a single quote?
