RESTROOM REMODEL PROJECT

The Rockwood School District invites you to submit a bid according to Rockwood School District’s 2023 DISTRICT-WIDE RESTROOM REMODEL PROJECT specifications at sixteen (16) locations. Project scope includes replacement of floor with epoxy resin, replacement of fixtures and partitions.


THERE WILL BE A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING at Rockwood School District Facilities Warehouse Building 17146 Manchester Road, Wildwood, MO 63040 on December 13, 2022 at 10:00 A.M. ONLY attending Bidders will be permitted to submit a qualifying bid. Plans and specifications only available at the MANDATORY pre-bid meeting.


ALL BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE UNDERSIGNED NO LATER THAN January 12, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. at Rockwood School District FACILITIES WAREHOUSE Building, 17146 Manchester Road, Wildwood, MO 63040-1001.
