1. This is a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) for soliciting a qualified company that will provide a new district phone system.
2. This is for a three (3) year agreement beginning March of 2020, with the potential to extend for an additional two (2) years, should both parties agree.

Question: SPEC 4.1 regarding Virtual Machine, Does the district have VMWare or HyperV? SPEC 5. How many wall mounts should be included? SPEC 6. Management of IP instruments shall be seamless within district management application.?? What is district application? SPEC 7 Prompt notification to multiple telephones/cell phones on-site of the station number that made the 9-1-1 call. How many stations and/or devices need notification? SPEC 7.Application to permit administrator and help desk to remote control the user’s IP telephone to troubleshoot and provide assistance- What desktop support software does the district use? SPEC 9. Instant messaging via phones system? How many users? (will require virtual SA device). SPEC 9 Requirement for manufacturer level maintenance training for District IT. If the vendor can not provide this level of training would other recommendations be admissible? For instance, pricing and schedule for direct manufacturer training courses.
