Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals and award a revenue-based contract to a single proposer for inmate communication services which includes telephone (ITS), video visitation (VVS), secure electronic messaging (email), and digital postal mail for inmates at the Madison County Detention Facility. The successful proposer shall deliver a turnkey solution, compatible at all designated facilities, to include all necessary infrastructure, hardware, software, equipment, installation, operation, maintenance, support, materials, supplies, transportation and services (except as may be furnished by the Madison County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) as specifically identified in this RFP) and all other things necessary for or incidental to, a fully functional, administered and managed inmate communication system at no cost to the MCSO.
