Description: The City of North Charleston is seeking a qualified contractor to perform grounds maintenance services, turf repair services, and irrigation system maintenance and repair to all grounds that comprise Highway 52 and Highway 78 Intersection as outlined throughout this Contract. Work will include, but not limited to regular mowing of grassed areas, pruning and trimming of shrubs, and trees, fertilization, chemical treatments, mulching, planting annual flowers, raking, cleaning, and irrigation system maintenance and repairs.
