Description: The Escambia County Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is soliciting bids for roof replacement services. Scope of work may vary for each house. Mandatory on-site, pre-bid meeting(s) are scheduled for Wednesday, January 20, 2021 starting at 9:00 A.M. You must attend the pre-bid meeting to receive the scope of work. Please meet at the first address shown in the attached solicitation document. For all questions please contact Escambia County Project Manager, Megan Polk, 850-595-1829 or mtpolk@myescambia.com. Deadline for quote submission is Monday, January 25, 2021 at 12 P.M. Bids must be submitted on Vendor Registry. Individual bids must be provided for each house that you choose to bid on. Contractor must submit License, Certificates of Insurance with submittal or it will not be accepted. Please see the sample contract for insurance requirements for the program.
