Okaloosa Co, Florida will guarantee the purchase of the quantity listed above and requests that the bidders also provide a per foot/linear foot price for additional quantities needed to complete the projects at hand. The exact quantity is unknown at this time as all field engineering has not been completed.
Okaloosa County assures bidders that any additional quantities at the per foot/linear foot price will only be purchased in full reel lengths.

Special NOTE:
It is Okaloosa County’s intention to recycle all unused (aka: tailed) HDPE plastic components and metal reels.
Only reels that meet the following criteria will be accepted at time of delivery:
Metal Reels must be between 94-114” in height
3 1/2” Center Arbor with a Single or Double Arbor Plate
8 to 10 spoke construction
1 ¼” metal stave bracket with clip or bolt in stave
No bent, damaged, or wooden components of any type will be accepted.
Reels must be free from broken welds, flattened spots or visible damage of any type
All materials shall be delivered as soon as possible following the issuance of Purchase Order. Final delivery location TBD but will be within a 10 mile radius of zip code 32536 (Crestview). The materials shall be FOB Destination, the seller is responsible for all shipping charges and any lost, damaged or destroyed items during shipment.

Question: 1) 2'' sdr 11 is not UL listed. Would you like us to quote sch 80 hdpe instead? 2) Our company will not be able to fill out ALL the forms, as we are not a contractor. Is this going to still be looked at and or accepted? please advise?
