Question: Hello! I am looking for any past winning bids for any request for proposal within the last few years, dealing with Photography and Videography. I am looking for this for the City of Avondale Marketing & Public Relations Department. One or 2 winning bids will suffice. Also, when submitting the proposal, are we to submit each proposal separately? Meaning, If I am bidding on the photography portion that needs to be separate from the video portion, correct? Anything else we should know about bid submittal besides using a vendor registry? Thanks!!
Response: I will address each of your requests/questions in order (here). 1) The City has not procured photography services nor videography services through the formal Request for Proposal process. This is our first time. The closest equivalent example being provided is the response to RFP CR 16-014 Graphic Design Services through which Badali Design Communications was awarded a contract. The proposal example provided closely resembles the format we are asking for in this RFP. (Please see Additions Tab on Vendor Registry to get a copy of the Sample Proposal.) 2) In your proposal response use Section B. Experience and Qualifications of the Vendor, to tell us which of the Services you are ("bidding") providing a response to and then in the part (2) of that section, provide 3 examples of each type and include the information requested in items (a), (b), (c), (d), and (e). If they were the same project, just note this in your response. In responding to Section D. in your proposal include Media Samples of each type and then finally in section E. Pricing, be sure to complete the portions of the Fee Proposal pricing. (Please see the Additions tab on Vendor Registry to get a copy of "How to Submit a Bid Online" and the "RFP Checklist" and the "Final Questions and Answers" document as it becomes available. This information is provided to help you submit a complete Proposal.)
