Question: What are the days of service required for the PARD Administration?

Response: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday nights to include all rooms. We also want at least one deep clean included in the bid per fiscal year- meaning, shampoo the carpets and stairs, detail the blinds, windows, and window sills, air vents, the kitchen and bathrooms, etc.

Question: Per Steven Perez via phone, the Underground Parking Garage located at 300 W. Davis, Conroe, TX 77301, does not require daily cleaning. The only cleaning required is to empty 1 trash bin in the garage once full. Can you please confirm this to be true?

Response: Specifications for the Underground Parking State: "The underground parking garage is to be checked/cleaned on a daily basis. This includes removing trash from receptacles, parking area and ash trays, vacuum of rugs at door and elevators, sweeping and mopping the porch around elevators." Please adhere to specifications.

Question: Will the City provide the CO2 & SO2 Leak Response Training Certification to potential janitorial staff? What is the cost associated with the training certification/course?

Response: Yes, No cost to vendor

Question: Is carpet cleaning a requirement for the Conroe Tower? If so, can you provide the flooring breakdown by surface type and the frequency required?

Response: Yes. Approx. 46,000 sq. ft. Hard Laminate: 416 sq. ft. Tile: 1,800 sq. ft. Marble: 4,800 sq. ft.

Question: Will we need to provide a full or half mask respirator for our employees at the Wastewater Treatment Plant?

Response: They will not need to supply anything for the plant safety. There are muster sites in case of a release. This is explained in the leak response training the selected vendor will acknowledge. The employee will need to supply the proper PPE for their employees to complete their assigned duties.
