Question: For Financial Statements, does the balance sheet requested need to be provided by a third party CPA and certified, or is a general company statement adequate?
Response: A certified balance sheet is required.

Question: Under Section III Scope of Work, Item 5, there is the request that "...Architect will design the plans to include fire safety and the fire suppression system". Is the intent that the AE team provide a Performance design OR that we include a Nicet Level-3 Designer on the team (which is typically part of the GC's scope)?
Response: When applicable, the A&E team should provide fire safety plans that include a designed fire suppression system as required by the State’s Construction Industry Division.

Question: Good Afternoon, We have the following question regarding RFP No. 23-010 NM Highlands University's request for Architectural & Engineering Services. For clarification, on page 17 – Submission Procedures. Item No. 1 is asking for the number of proposal copies but on Item 3 – sub number 5 it says the proposal will be accepted through vendorregistry.com. Does this mean we can submit through the vendor registry and not have to provide hard copies?
Response: Correct. If you are submitting via vendorregistry.com then just one submission is needed. Only if you are sending hard copies do you need to provide the specified copies.

Question: Hello. Under TAB 2, it says we are to provide relevant experience including the term (start to finish). What exactly are you looking for when you say "term"?
Response: The sentence should have included the word "project". Please strike the content of Tab 2 and replace with the following : Provide relevant experience (preferably the last five, most current academic buildings worked on), including the project term (start to finish), a detailed description, initial and final budget per project, change order information, timeline per project, size (GSF) of projects, awards if any, and contact references. Include specific experience that would further convey your team’s qualifications for this project.
