Description: The Clayton County Water Authority will open sealed proposals at its offices located at 1600 Battle Creek Road, Morrow, Georgia 30260, on Friday, August 19, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. (local time) for an Enterprise Platform Software that includes Customer Information System (CIS), Mobile Workforce Management (MWM), and Customer Self Service (CSS). Any proposals received after the specified time will not be considered. A Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference Call will be held on Friday, July 29, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. (local time). Proposers interested in the conference call meeting should email our Procurement Department at ccwa_procurement@ccwa.us no later than Friday, July 29, 2016 by noon. The email needs to include the participant’s phone number, and CCWA will provide call in instructions. The proposal package is available in electronic format and can be requested by calling calling 770-960-5223, M-F, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, or by e-mail to CCWA_Procurement@ccwa.us. A hardcopy proposal package can also be requested at a cost of $50.
