Notice is hereby given that
sealed bids will be received by the Fox Valley Park District, until the hour of
10:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at the office of the Fox Valley Park
District, Cole Administration Center, 101 W. Illinois Ave., Aurora, Illinois
60506 to provide Portable Restroom Services for the Fox Valley Park District,
in accordance with instructions to bidders and specifications attached.

Proposals will be opened at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 26, 2019 in the Cole Center (101 W. Illinois Ave., Aurora, IL 60506).
Proposals should be submitted, as per instructions, on the appropriate bid form.
Any proposals received after this date and time will not be opened.
Vendors are responsible for checking for all addenda prior to submitting proposals.
The District
reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive or not to waive any
informality therein or, to accept the proposal considered to be in the best
interest of the Fox Valley Park District.

Question: New to this bid under additional charges /Additional services are Executive Model restroom trailer 2 stall, 3 stall, 4 stall daily and weekend rental. Also 5 standard unit on a trailer w/hitch. I do not see where this equipment is used or any dates associated. Can you speak to what and when these equipment would be used?
Response: Executive Model restroom trailer 2 stall, 3 stall, 4 stall daily and weekend rental. These items will be used for weddings, events, rentals at Blackberry Farm. 5 standard unit on a trailer w/hitch units will be stored here at the Cole Administration Center location from April 1 – Oct 31 approx. This equipment was requested for use by our Operations Department staff for operational crew needs at locations within the district.

Question: In addition to line item # 13 & # 14 not Having any quantities to provide accurate pricing for line item #19 is missing it as well.
Response: Lines 13,14, & 19 will not require totals input as there are no units projected to be at those locations. In the event that something changes lines 13,14 & 19 will be treated as additional services.

Question: Can you show a picture or a link to this product 5 standard unit on a trailer w/hitch? Our firm is not familiar with what this looks like or what the equipment is.

Question: The rentals at Blackberry farm, can you provide an approximate number of rentals this equipment will have to guage how often these will be needed /rented ?
Response: • 2 stall trailer (up to 125 people) • 3 stall trailer (125-200 people) • 4 stall trailer (200-300 people) Event Dates so far in 2019 May 25, 2019 150 People 3 Stalls September 7, 2019 220 People 4 Stalls September 28, 2019 220 People 4 Stalls We hope to have eight weddings or more at the barn in 2020 and will see how it continues to grow from there for the following years.
