Description:

The Lockhart Independent School District (LISD) is seeking competitive sealed proposals for replacing a chiller at Navarro Elementary.  The purpose of this CSP is to provide a turnkey project to remove the existing chiller and install a new chiller based on the engineered drawings within this proposal provided by EMA Engineers. Navarro Elementary is located at 715 Medina Street, Lockhart, TX 78644. The contractor will be responsible for obtaining all City of Lockhart and/or Caldwell County permits necessary for the project.

Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 6/9/2021 10:00 AM

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: There will be a Pre-Proposal Conference on June 9, 2021 at 10am at Navarro Elementary, 715 Medina Street, Lockhart, TX 78644. Attendance is highly encouraged but not mandatory.
