Description: 1. The purpose of this Request for Bid (RFB) is to select one (1) or more vendor(s) to supply
cleaning service to specific buildings throughout the Wentzville R-IV School District. This
agreement is for the period from November 1, 2022, to October 31, 2024. This agreement may
be extended for an additional year up to three years if both parties agree in writing by May 1 st
of each year and there are no price increases.
2. The Pre-Bid Walkthrough held on September 30, 2022, requires Vendor to meet at the Annex
Building, 290 Interstate Drive, Wentzville, MO 63385, at 7:30 am.
3. All cleaning materials and supplies, equipment and chemicals will be provided by the District.
