Description: Loudon County is looking for someone who would be willing to take down the wood fence and accept the wooden rails and post as payment for their labor. The fence rails and post are of pressure treated lumber and still in usable condition for a variety of projects. The project would include complete removal of the fence including fence post, rail boards, nails, bolts, debris caused by taking the fence down, etc. All holes in the soil caused by the removal of the fence posts shall be infilled and compacted to match the existing grade. All fencing materials shall be removed from the Centre 75 Business Park property and right-of-way within a time frame agreed upon by the County and the bidder.
