Description: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN – The City of Spartanburg is seeking proposal from vendors to provide construction services for the installation plumbing systems of the relocation of the city offices in the Spartanburg Henry Street facility. Work will include layout of piping system, site work trenching, tap Sanitary Sewer Lines in Howard Street. Contractor shall provide all material and labor. All work to comply with the drawings and specifications developed by the city to provide quality workmanship.
