The Project is located at Sisters Welcome Public Access Reuse Site.
The Work is generally described as furnish and install chlorine contact basin, pole barn addition, sodium hypochlorite storage tanks, chlorine feed pumps, chlorine residual analyzers, piping, valves, and electrical.
The Opinion of Probable Construction Cost is $400,000 to $600,000.
All work shall be in accordance with the Construction Drawings, Specifications, and Contract Documents.
No verbal interpretations shall be made of any Bid Documents. Requests for such interpretations shall be made in writing to the Engineer at least 7 days before the bid opening date. Interpretation will be in the form of an addendum and issued to all bidders.
