Rehabilitate two (2) deteriorated corrugated steel culverts. Each culvert shall be reinforced with a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe culvert sleeve inserted with a low-density cellular grouting application to correct current culvert leakage due to rusting. The rehabilitated culverts shall have the same or greater hydrology flow as the existing culverts.
