The City of LaGrange will receive sealed bids until 2 P.M. EST, Monday, October 7, 2019 in the Office of
Purchasing, Room 308, City Hall, 200 Ridley Avenue, LaGrange, Georgia 30240 for providing all labor,
equipment and materials excluding concrete for a design build project known as The LaGrange Thread
Phase 6 in LaGrange.

1.)    The project scope is revised to end at Broome Street due to necessary utility relocation on Lewis Street south of Broome Street.

2.)    There are three tree stumps that will be required to be removed within the Lewis Street right-of-way that were not included in the original scope.
