Question 1

Question: Good morning, I have a few questions regarding this solicitation, if you could assist in answering. - Is the contractor responsible for the electrical work need to disconnect/reconnect? - What is the input/output voltage of the UPS needed? - Is there a loading dock on site? - Can equipment be stored at site 1-2 days before install? - What floor is the UPS on? Is there an elevator if the UPS is not on ground level? - Can the install be completed during normal business hours? - Any other specific/important details to note? Thank you in advance for your efforts on this. Best, Tanner

Response: 1. You will need to plan the install and coordinate with the electrical contractor to complete the installation. 2. 208V 3. Do not plan for the loading dock to be available. At the time of delivery, we can see if it is available. 4. Yes it can be stored on site for a couple of days. 5. It is on the main floor. 6. Yes we can coordinate with the contractor to have the power turned off.

Question 2

Question: Hi, My name is Page Spoon and I work for Tripp Lite, a manufacturer of both single and three phase UPSs. We are very interested in bidding this project with our SV40KS2P3B self contained 3 phase UPS. Is their a list of contractors and/or distributors, so that we can direct our bid and submittal to the correct folks? Let me know, and we will get our products bid. Thanks for your consideration. Response: The Bid is for Orion power systems only. You must bid their product.
