Question: In Spec 10.3 RFB is asking for 90 day terms, will shorter term options be considered? Does the district have the ability to pay within 30 days?
Response: All payments are subject to WSD Board approval. Our Board meets the third Thursday of each month, therefore timing of invoices, approvals and cut-offs limits can make thirty (30) problematic. If payments can be made by charge card, thirty (30) days would not usually be a problem. The district only use charge card payments if there is no fee associated with the payment.

Question: SPEC-5 Estimated of Bread Usage Estimated usage for the Hamburger buns is 11,100 dz but on the Child Nutrition spreadsheet estimated is 133,200. Looks like the spreadsheet is by piece/bun not dozen. Are we to price by bun for that item or dozen?

Response: Est usage column is the number of packs/cases that we estimate to use.
