Description: Union County Board of Education is currently accepting sealed proposals from qualified Firms to provide third party purchasing services for food service food, supplies and materials that meet or exceed all State and Federal requirements. Bid packet of detailed specifications and /or requirements may be obtained by email to anndyer@unioncountytn.org or found on the Finance website at http://www.unioncountytn.com/board.php?page=countyfinance. Sealed proposals must be submitted to Union County Finance Office, 300 Main Street, Maynardville, TN 37807 ATTN: RFP 0034-“Food Service Third Party Purchasing Service”. A Pre-bid meeting will be conducted on May 25, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. at the Finance Office. Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. May 31, 2016 at the Finance Office location. Proposals will be opened immediately following the close of the bids. Union County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
