Description: The City Council of Crestview, Florida solicits proposals for the purpose of granting a non-exclusive franchise agreement to collect and dispose of solid waste, yard refuse and recycling.  These services shall be administered to the residential, commercial and industrial customers located within the corporate limits of Crestview, Florida.  The length of the franchise shall be for Four and three quarters (4.75)  years, with option of up to 5 additional years contemplated.
