Description: The City of Columbia is seeking bids to replace roofing at City Hall.  This project will include the removal and replacement of three (3) roof areas at the City Hall Building.  The roofing system is comprised of TPO membrane installed over Polylso insulation.  The new roofing is to be provided as a complete installation as mandated in the drawings and specifications and attached to this Invitation to Bid.
