Question: The RFQ indicates a limit of 15 double-sided printed pages. As this is to be an electronically-submitted response, is that equivalent to 30 single-sided PDF pages?
Response: Yes, that is correct

Response: This should be the Experience and Qualifications of the Construction Management/CEI Team.

Question: On page 1 of the RFQ it states that “A firm applying as a Prime will only be allowed as a subconsultant on another team as long as the role does not exceed 10% of contract value.” Can you clarify if a team can only be a subconsultant on one team or can be a subconsultant on multiple teams?
Response: A firm can be a subconsultant on multiple teams but the role for each specific team cannot exceed 10% of contract value.

Response: The file submission will be PDF format so all pages will be the same size and will count as 1 page.

Question: On page 19 it states "Brief resumes of key individuals who would be assigned to the County’s program showing special experience in areas of value engineering". Is the County looking for certified Value Engineers to be submitted and/or the Construction Management/CEI Team to have value engineering experience?
Response: The County is not requiring certified Value Engineers. This applies to the Construction Management/CEI Team’s experience in value engineering.
