Description: REQUEST FOR BID The Peach County Board of Commissioners will be accepting Sealed Bids, pertaining to removal of trees and woody vegetation from the Right-of Ways of County roads throughout the Southwest Peach area. A Pre-Bid meeting will be conducted at the Peach County Board of Commissioners meeting room 213 Persons Street Fort Valley, GA 31030 at 2:30 PM on March 23, 2017 to discuss the project. Attendance is not required for contractors to submit a bid, but is recommended. Closing date for Sealed Bid # 17-012 shall March 28, 2017 @ 2:30 p.m. Bids will be opened in public without discussion March 28, 2017 @ 2:45 p.m. at the Peach County Board of Commissioners meeting room, 213 Persons Street, Fort Valley, GA 31030. Bid amounts will be not be released until the Board of Commissioners has awarded the project to the winning bidder.
