Question: Will we have a mailing list given to us by WSD to submit to our mailing department to get the postage cost? How do you want this delivered to the household, will it be flat mailed, as a tabbed 8.5x11 stapled booklet? What type of mail service (First Class Mail, Priority Mail, etc..)
Response: We are seeking a vendor who can acquire a list for us. Last year, we mailed 37,396 copies and printed an additional 1,000 copies. We want it to be mailed flat at 8.5x11 as a stapled booklet. We would use the vendor's permit with standard mailing.

Question: The specs state that we should mail to each household in the district, but does not state the quantity. Will you be supplying the list and/or a target quantity?

Does this piece print 4 color process throughout? Yes, 4/4. Does it have bleeds? Yes, with bleeds. When you say mail to every household in the district, you don’t want any parameters and this number is approximately 35,805 – does this seem right? We only want this mailed to active households within the district. Please do not mail to businesses. Last year the household count was 37,396. Do you want the list to be a one time use? Yes, one-time use. First class or presorted standard? Standard.
