Notice
is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Fox Valley Park
District, until the hour of 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at the
office of the Fox Valley Park District, Cole
Administration Center, 101 W. Illinois Ave., Aurora, Illinois 60506 to provide
fitness equipment for the River Street Fitness Center, in accordance with
instructions to bidders and specifications attached. Proposal specifications
and instructions may be accessed from https://www.foxvalleyparkdistrict.org/our-mission/bids-rfps-results/
Bids will be opened at 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 28, 2021 in
the Cole Administration Center (101 W. Illinois Ave., Aurora, IL 60506) at
which time and place the bids will be publicly read.
Bids
received after the appointed time listed above will be returned unopened.
Vendors
are responsible for checking for all addenda prior to submitting proposals.
Bids should be submitted, as per instructions, on the appropriate
bid form.
The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to
waive or not to waive any informality therein or to accept the bid considered
to be in the best interest of the Fox Valley Park District

Response: We need 11 pairs for a total of 22 collars.

Question: Is the space located on the ground floor or an upper floor of the facility? If an upper floor, is there a freight elevator or stair access?
Response: The space is located on the ground floor.

Response: There is no dock and a single door access.
