Dawson County Purchasing Department on behalf of the Dawson County Board of Commissioners is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to solicit sealed proposals from qualified vendors who specialize in site work and construction services for pavilions, playgrounds and fields, located at the Veterans Memorial Park. Detailed proposal documents are available at www.dawsoncounty.org.  There is a mandatory pre-bid meeting on May 16, 2019 at 10:30 a.m., at the Veterans Memorial Park, located at 201 Recreation Road, Dawsonville, GA  30534, at the pavilion near the current senior center. 
Sealed proposals may be delivered to 25 Justice Way, Suite 2223, Dawsonville, GA 30534 until 2:00 PM on May 30, 2019. The outside of the shipping container/envelope must be marked with the appropriate bid number and title. Immediately following the deadline the names and bid prices of bidders will be recorded and read in the Administration Training Room at the above address.
 The Dawson County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities or irregularities and to award the bid based on the highest and best interests of Dawson County.
