Please find the attached document and information below, for the above referenced Addendum 1. This Addendum is hereby made a part of the Contract Documents and Specifications of the above referenced project. All other requirements of the original Contract Documents and Specifications shall remain effective in their respective order.
I. This addendum is being issued to answer questions submitted by potential vendors:
Question #1: Plan sheet C15 shows the sidewalk installation behind or "off" the Right-of-Way (R/W). Is this correct?
Answer #1: Yes, the area behind the R/W is County property, specifically County Pond 10. Please see attached is pdf showing the pond and that it is County property.
Question #2: Sheet C3 details specific working hours; is this specific to work in the roadway, or does this include work off the roadway in the back of the R/W where the sidewalk will be installed?
Answer #2: Hours are for ALL work at those locations due to school hours.
